Center Harbor — Sure... it IS cold today, it even hit zero last night. But only friday it was 50 degrees and almost as warm most of this week. It's been an overall unseasonably warm winter and month of February. All I'm saying is I wouldn't be driving on the ice given these facts. Do you believe in natural selection?
