Public art? — I spotted this last spring just south of Odiorne Point at one of those pull-offs along side route 1a. It was low tide so I hiked out as far as I could go to photograph it. Since I couldn't actually get right up to it, I don't know how permanent it is/was and if it even still exists. Does anyone know anything about it?
