| Derail — It's time to abort my web hosting company. I've been with them, "AIT", for several years. They are a big, established company which is why I have stayed with them this long. One of my BIG complaints is that their technical support is not well trained and has difficulty handling most problems that arise. Oh... once in a while you might get lucky and get someone that knows what they're talking about. But that is VERY rare. Lately I've been accused of emailing over my allotted maximum of 5000 messages in 24 hours. I don't know 5000 people and probably haven't emailed 5000 people since I've been with "AIT". This has happened twice in the past week. In my humble opinion this is clearly a hacker using my DNS server to spam from. I have a firewall and several security software programs on my computers of which I am constantly running. "AIT" tells me that a hacker CAN'T break into their servers. Denial isn't their best defense here. Hackers pride themselves on getting into SECURE severs. They're telling me that I need to upgrade my plan (next level $129) to cover the additional email that's getting sent using my SMTP server. I told them it's not me doing this. They said they are not responsible for this. I tell them I am not responsible for this either. We're at a crossroads here. What to do? I am asking anyone that is happy with their Web hosting company to email me with their companies web site address. I think it's time to part ways with "AIT". If they won't believe me and are not willing to work with me on this, then I feel they have inferior customer service, substandard ethics, and I won't do business with them any longer. Here
are the details of my current plan: Any and all help will be greatly
appreciated. Email
