Conway Scenic — While in Conway last week, I stopped by the Conway Scenic Railroad station. I hadn't expected to see as many trains and cars parked along the tracks. Some were clearly out of commission, and others looked to be awaiting routine maintenance. I stopped a man who looked to be a conductor, and asked if he'd mind me photographing the trains. He said in an encouraging tone, "take all the pictures you'd like". Those are the words a photographer loves to hear.

I will most certainly be returning and perhaps even take a train ride through the White Mountains via the Conway Scenic Railroad.
