Private grounds — This photograph was taken at a cemetery just down the street from where I now live. It was the white fence surrounding it which caught my eye. While taking a closer look, a pick-up truck pulled up, and the driver rolled down the window. I walked over to see what he wanted. It turns out he, an older gentleman, told me it was his families cemetery. I could tell he wanted to make sure I wasn't intending any harm to it, so I explained my interest in photography and the sculpted white fence which surrounded his families cemetery. He was pleased and extended his approval, allowing me to inspect and photograph as I wished. I hope to return when the sun illuminates more of the white fence. Until then.
